Because Fireworks was built with the user experience top of mind, even small admissions offices can administer, utilize, and support Fireworks without adding staff.

Our current clients include community colleges, two-year colleges, four-year colleges, graduate schools, law schools, medical schools, nursing schools, and seminary schools.

Software Products

Fire Engine RED offers seven individual, easy-to-use, fully customizable web-based software products. Just choose the product(s) you need.

Our products include: Broadcast Email, Text Messaging, Live Chat, Applications, Event Manager, Email Response, and Forms. Each of these products includes unlimited user licenses and live training.

Plus, live support is available to you – and to the students you serve – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. And during off-hours, we monitor our support queue and respond promptly to urgent requests.
