Our Live Counselor service will enable you to chat with students who are visiting your website one to one.

Students will be able to initiate a chat with an admissions counselor by simply clicking on a customized 'Chat Now' button that you can place anywhere on your website.

	Customization Opportunities Details Include a customized logo on your Live Counselor chat window. Choose exactly where you'd like your 'Chat' buttons to appear on your website. Customize the look of your 'Available' and 'Unavailable' buttons.
	Management Tools Details Determine the method of how chat messages are distributed to counselors (i.e.: priority order or round robin). Chat (privately) with multiple students at the same time. Limit the number of chat windows that are open at one time. Enable students to be put in a queue until a moderator is available to answer the question. Enable counselors to transfer an active session to another team member to moderate. Students can send an e-mail to your department if your staff is unavailable. Allow students to rate their counseling session. Enable your office's status to change dynamically when counselors are online/offline. (No code required.) Monitor active chat sessions from the Administration Panel and deactivate them when necessary.
	Real-time Data & Reports Details Access registration data during chat sessions. Download a transcript of any chat session. Export transcripts in a CSV file format.
