In order to use the online chat, the Adobe Flash Player must be installed on your computer. If you do not see an image like the one below after you log in, you probably do not have the Adobe Flash Player.
If you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer, you may download and install it for free from Adobe's site. Click this link to get the Adobe Flash Player.
Internet Explorer
If you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer and enabled by your browser, after you log into the chat you will see a warning in Internet Explorer that the Adobe Flash Player Installer wants to run from the website.
If you see this prompt, click it to allow the installer to run. This will install the Adobe Flash Player. Once the installation is complete, you should be able to chat.
Firefox
If you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer and enabled by your browser, you will see a prompt to "Install Missing Plugins" in Firefox after you log into the chat.
Click the "Install Missing Plugins" button to download and install the Adobe Flash Player. Once the player has been installed, you should be able to join the chat.
Safari
If you do not have the Adobe Flash Player installed, after you log into the chat you will see a message in Safari that says "Safari cannot find the Internet plug-in".
Click the "Go" button in this message to go to the page on Adobe's site where the Adobe Flash Player can be downloaded and installed. Once the player has been installed, you should be able to join the chat.
